• Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself - but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. This includes purchasing the art and commercial rights.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
• You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only) - this is non-negotiable. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

• All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $20 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.
• The commercial use fee is a fixed price of $40 - however, this may change in the future.

• Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
• Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
• Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost ♡

• Commissions may take 1 day to 2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if any delays occur ♡

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.
• Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

• If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• You may cancel before payment is made.
• Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on social media with credit to me @lacepicnic.

• Use the artwork commercially without permission.
• Commission art/services using my design or work.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures or watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

• Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
• The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
