Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself - but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. This includes purchasing the art and commercial rights.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only) - this is non-negotiable. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $20 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.
The commercial use fee is a fixed price of $40 - however, this may change in the future.
Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost ♡
Commissions may take 1 day to 2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
I will keep you updated if any delays occur ♡I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You may cancel before payment is made.
Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
Result in a formal complaint against you.
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
